PETER MELLO, PT, DPT
Experienced care, one person at a time.
A mobile physical therapy practice built around clinical judgment, clear communication, and the activities that matter in real life.
Broad experience without assembly-line care
Pete brings decades of physical therapy experience across hospital, rehabilitation, outpatient, orthopedic, post-surgical, balance, work-related, and athletic care.
That breadth allows each plan to account for more than one body part. Health history, confidence, environment, work demands, training goals, endurance, balance, and the person’s own priorities all matter.
Every visit is one-on-one.
Care where function happens
Visits may take place in a home, gym, workplace, field, court, mat space, training facility, or another appropriate setting. The setting is chosen according to access, safety, clinical appropriateness, and the goals of care.
Mobile care can reveal the stairs, surfaces, tools, equipment, positions, and real-world demands that are difficult to reproduce in a clinic room.
Clinical communication
When a primary care clinician, surgeon, or other healthcare provider is involved, Pete’s standard practice is to send the physical therapy plan of care and communicate clinically important changes as appropriate.
Physical therapy does not replace urgent or ongoing medical care and does not override an existing restriction imposed by another treating provider.
